Who is . . .
Who is Crazy Sheep Productions? We are two guys, Kyle Tyler and Jeremy Bond, who really want to help families know and live for Jesus every day of the week. We started talking about this project in early 2008 (or some other date). The conversation stemmed from our desire to help parents take an active role in leading their kids toward Christ. At the time, we were both involved in professional ministry and were looking for ways to equip families in their faith journey. In addition, we longed to see more worship and spiritual growth experiences that parents and kids (children and teenagers) could experience together. We felt it was a major bummer that families rarely got a chance to share an experience that could challenge all members of the family. So, we began talking about Sheep Snacks, and this is where it has led us so far. Why did you give yourselves a dumb name like Crazy Sheep? First of all, it is not a dumb name and you should have your mouth washed out with mayonnaise for saying such hurtful words. Second, we are all described several times in God’s Word as His sheep. So, that’s where the “Sheep” comes from. And, after watching a few of our Snacks, I’ll bet you can guess where the “Crazy” comes from. Who are Kyle and Jeremy? Kyle is on the Children’s Ministry Staff at Shawnee Church of the Nazarene in Shawnee, Kansas. He’s led worship at summer camps, spoken at revivals and VBS events, is a columnist for a local college newspaper, and is an extremely gifted musician. Jeremy served as Children’s Pastor for over 10 years at Central Church of the Nazarene in Lenexa, Kansas. He’s spoken at camps, children’s revivals, and special events. He’s currently working on a PhD (Educational Studies) at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He is not a gifted musician.
